CLASSICAL REINTERPRETATION SERIES
Coming from a background in visual fine arts, I've always been inspired by the greats; Da Vinci, Monet, Michelangelo, and Delacroix among others. For this series I sought to reinterpret famous works of art through photographic representation, taking care to pay attention to details and lighting. I wanted to make my interpretations feel like paintings, and used an oil paint technique on the images to blur the details and give them a painterly look.
This is an ongoing fine art photography series, with works still in production, so be sure to check back here occasionally to see new reinterpretations.
